As creativity is referred to the Education we can say that “It can be taughy, but you have yo loosen up the system to let it happen. You can`t have creative learning without creative teaching“. Moreover, creativity is needed for the developent of personal, occupational and social competences; it is also important so that autonomous thought and independent behaviour is created.
It could be said that creativity is subjective, because whereas for some people creativity is based on imagination and being able to create some original things, for others is just to follow some orders and do whatever they have been said to do.
